We went to my in-laws Sunday night after church to celebrate Terry's belated b-day. Lauren was able to get out and about with Hudson so we were so excited! He's 8 days old in these pics. He had to stay an extra day in the hospital due to jaundice but he's looking so much better. At his doc appt today, they agreed that his color had improved.
You can see how photogenic my nephew, Jack, is. And boy does he love babies! He just wants to love and hold the boys. You can see how proud he is, holding little brother. He was holding Luke just moments before, very happy.
Since we were celebrating Papaw Huff's b-day, we dressed Luke in his camo bodysuit. It's authentic Redhead (if you are an outdoor's man, you know). The jeans and tennis shoes were from my college roommate Kandi. They matched perfectly, even if the jeans were a little snug around his tummy.
Please pray for Kandi and her family: husband Greg and sons Trey and Easton. They just moved to Germany a week ago. Greg is in the Air Force and he been stationed there for a few years. Pray that the adjustments to a foreign country, new language, and no family/friends around is short and fairly easy. They know it will be a struggle but they are strong in Christ and know they can overcome the obstacles.
