9 Months and more

Look ma! No hands! That's right folks-Luke has been attempting to stand on his own (stand from a sitting position) for over a week! He's been letting go of his sturdy ----(fill in the blank with chair, couch, leg, etc.). He is so brave and we are so proud. His activity in the womb was pretty indicative of his present behavior. He moves not stop-to the point that when he drinks his bottle, he is kicking a leg or tapping the bottle. That's my boy! (Don't you love his beautiful legs?!?) And don't you love that he's playing with an empty diaper box and hanger? My child doesn't have very many toys because the simple things (junk) are his faves!

This was from a week ago-he couldn't decide which to gnaw on-Grover's hand or the mum mum (rice rusk). In the end, the mum mum won out!

Here is his 9 month photo shot. He's in his new pajamas-firefighter! They are so cute so we wanted to share them with everyone. He does not like to sit still while I take the pics-he wants to scoot down off the couch or play with the bear, Riggsley.

This is probably my favorite current photo. He looks so sweet and happy, which is truly the norm for my child. We are so blessed to have such a happy little guy. I pray that he will keep this mellow, laid-back attitude thru life. His smile brings me so much joy, I could have never imagined what that toothy grin (2 teeth) could do for my day. Thank you, Lord, for our sweet, joyful little blessing!
